Post Roll center vs. bump

This may be a duplicate. I posted it a few days ago and now I can't find it.

The question is, when I raise one wheel the roll center remains pretty much where I put it, except at one point where it shoots off into the distance laterally. Then returns. Can I assume this is NOT a problem?
