My question is, is there anyone of entering vertical distance between the lower ball joint and the spindle, same with upper ball joint and spindle. Hope that makes sense, that would seem to be necessary to validate the values give.

I can add this to the list of enhancements but in the short term and if the purpose is only for validation you can subtract the "KP / spindle offset" from the kingpin length (displayed in the lower right corner when in edit mode).
